World of Warcraft: MLG Anaheim Friday Night Melee

By: Ryan Cole - Published November 01, 2009 at 1:03 PM EST - Writer Archive
It's that time again, and we're here live in Anaheim, California to bring you the best World of Warcraft 3v3 Arena to date!

GotFrag.com - We're live at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California for the third stop in the MLG PC Pro Circuit, Played on HP. Eight teams from around the world will duke it out in Round Robin play with the top four competitors advancing on to a double elimination bracket. Not only are these teams competing for pride, the final chance to reach the MLG Championship in Orlando, California, January 8th-10th, is at stake.

Some great competition is ready to unfold here in Anaheim. Dwelling back on the past, we've seen multiple changes of the crown for each individual event. The team that has really stood out among the rest, however, is Check-Six(formerly eMg), of which took 2nd in Columbus and 1st is Dallas. With the departure of Kintt, the addition of Toes, and the 18 to 10 second nerf to BM, Check-Six better be ready for their competitors.

SK Europe is also attending the event alongside Button Bashers, which hopes to bring some excitement from the international scene to the Anaheim Convention Center. SK.EU has always been a solid team in the WoW realm of things and could prove to be a strong contender for 1st place.

Keep tuned into the stream for all the action!
