The MLG PC Pro Circuit World of Warcraft 3v3 Arena, Played on HP, is back in full stride as teams head to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California to compete for over $24,000 in cash and prizes. ![]() November 6th-8th will play host to some of the greatest World of Warcraft action the scene has yet to see. With two extremely talented international teams, SK.EU and Button Bashers, expect the competition to be fierce. Only eight of the top tier teams from around the globe will have the chance and competing for the prize ahead. In due time we will be crowning a victor for MLG Anaheim. But who will it be? Below is a team preview that will help guide you through the different teams and how well they will may be faring in Anaheim, California. Oh, and don't forget to stay tuned to the LIVE stream on GotFrag.com as we bring you all of the action! ![]() One of the biggest issues for this team is consistency. It could go either way. On one hand, you have a consistent RMP composition that always shows up to play. On the other, their strategies have become a little less innovative like the team we used to know from consistent play from the early start in 2009. What happened to the SK.US team we all learned to love and grow with? If SK.US wants any chance at winning this one, they are definitely going to have to bring their 'A' game with the help of Realz to help guide the team to victory. ![]() The favorite coming into Anaheim is none other than the beast cleave team, Check-Six. After a second place finish in Columbus, Ohio and a dominating 1st place finish in Dallas, Texas, look for this team to come out on top even stronger than ever with the recent addition of healer Michael "toes" Edwards. Toes is known as one of the best healers in the world but he's going to have to prove just how great he is with only a two month period to prepare with Flex and Twixz for the event. Chemistry could be one of the main underlying issues keeping this team from placing 1st in this tournament. ![]() After coming in third at MLG Dallas with the help from new found hero and Rogue, Byron "Reckful" Berstein, look for Complexity to stand out among the other teams. Byron has been known to make up tricky strategies to help beat any team while playing RMP. Venruki and Sodah are known solid players and with the help of Reckful's leadership abilities, Complexity should shine at this event. ![]() Well, well, well, look what we have here. What we've all been waiting for, SK.EU. It's been a long and highly anticipated wait to see this team in the MLG PC Pro Circuit. Although it's probably unseen to say that even a win here can put them to Orlando, SK Europe will make a huge impact on this tournament. We are going to be seeing a lot of RMP matches and SK.EU is known for finishing off RMP teams with their Shadow Cleave comp. SK.EU has placed in the top four of most of their 2009 competitions including Blizzard Regional Finals, Dreamhack Summer, EM III Global Finals, etc. The list goes on folks. It's time to see if SK.EU can hold their own here at MLG. ![]() This RMP is a force to be reckoned with. Now that they have become accustomed to the States after playing in two tournaments and eating Denny's and sushi everyday in Dallas, Button Bashers will be out for revenge here against a lot of these top RMP teams. With Orangemarmalade, undoubtedly one of the top mages if not 'the top' in the world, don't count this comp out of anything. They came close in all of their matches in Dallas so watch out for them going into Anaheim. ![]() The recent 8th invited team from the MLG Wildcard Tournament has a lot of pressure on their backs as they are representing Complexity at this event. With a nice sponsor prize including all expenses paid to MLG Anaheim, BHMS cannot settle for anything less than a great performance. This team has yet to prove themselves in a LAN type atmosphere and playing without mods could prove to be their downfall. ![]() Fnatic, the only WLS we've seen hold their own yet thus far, will be hungry for this event. After placing 4th at their only invited tournament in Dallas, this team is in need of proving that they have what it takes to be a top contender. We haven't seen many WLS teams that are very successful, but fnatic definitely has the potential to do some damage. If Yog brings his A game, you can expect this WLS comp to make it past many of the RMP teams here in Anaheim. ![]() Well, what can we say about this team...We don't know much about them as it is an entire roster shift with hardly any points on the back burner to possibly help push them an invite to Orlando for the Championships. Dropping two core players ruins a team late on for the season as MLG rewards consistent players the ability to grow with the league. However, the previous EG team didn't have a great showing in Columbus and therefore lost the invite to Dallas. Will this team prove better even though there is no shot for them to make the Championship? Maybe. But let's just hope Azael knows what he is doing with these new guys and helps make this tournament interesting.
