Day two brings more intense competition to the playing field as eight of the top teams try to make it to Championship Sunday at the Anaheim Convention Center, here in Anaheim, California. ![]() The match everyone was hoping to see in terms of skill level and preparation coming into the event, SK.EU vs. Complexity, ended up being a quick steam roll for SK.EU as they took down Complexity in gruesome 5-0 fashion. Of course, SK.EU played Shadow Cleave coming into the event, but even then, they came out with Another switching to mage in the last match and still annihilated their competition. Another great surprise was none other than Complexity.BHMS. Coming into the event, this team had no real LAN practice and was seen as a true underdog to the other professional teams. BHMS came out strong against SK.US and even though it was a really close match up, Brogo's strong showing in the later rounds proved to be just what they needed to pull out a last match win against SK. Check-Six came out strong as they have been in the past with Beast Cleave and took Fnatic's RLS team down 4-1. The BM nerf didn't seem like it took much of a toll on them, as the chemistry and communication of x6's new healer proved to bring great success to this newer comp. Don't count anyone out just yet as only one match has been played by all teams. Consider yesterday the warm up phase because today we're getting down and dirty. Matches to look out for today: coL.BHMS vs. Fnatic and x6, SK.US vs Button Bashers, and the greatest match up of the day x6 vs. SK.EU. Don't forget that the HD stream is an available special feature and will greatly impact what you see when it comes down to in game focus. Take advantage of it while you have the chance!
