World of Warcraft: Get Yiska'd: Clash of the Gods

The battle of the undefeated teams delivered.

Gotfrag.com One word: WOWSY! We just saw the best series in the entire tournament between the best teams of the tournament go down and you can't possibly make it any more exciting or close.

The Koreans played an incredible series and their strategy was amazing. Hiren opens on Flexx before he can go on Numberone, denying an early Heroism in most of the games, totally shutting down the offensive power of Beast Cleave. Check Six making some pretty big errors such as Flexx not Bloodlusting while Twix already has Beast Within popped or Twixz using Deterrence while he's already in a BoP kept Button Bashers in the game. At the same time, Button Bashers showed to the world that they are still human when Orange died pre block in game two.

Numberone was doing an amazing job at keeping himself and Orangemarmalade up every game but it wouldn't be enough. It came down to the very last game with the match tied at 2-2, and what an epic game it was.

Nagrand arena. Flexx gets opened on really early and pops Shamanistic Rage right away. Orange is forced into an early block but the damage of the Beast Cleave just seems gone as Flexx needs to kite off with Ghostwolf and Freedom. Eventually both Orange and Flexx are sitting at 50% life but the Mage is almost out of mana. He needs to evocate. Out of nowhere, Twixz tries to nail the Mage who's facing a Nagrand pillar and randomly gets the very first tick of evocation. Orange uses his last Mana to sheep Twixz and starts channeling a couple of Frost bolts into Flexx. They are both forced to play defensive now while their DPS partners keep spamming damage into the opponent. And then it happens. Simultaneously you see both Orange and Flexx drop and both teams start to scream at the top of their lungs.

The tension is high. Toez, who didn't manage to keep Flexx up because he was totally out of mana sneaks in some drinks and sits at a healthy 5K Mana. Numberone on the other hand is already pretty dry but he manages to land a fear on Toez. Now it's make or break, either they can kill the hunter before Toez is out of the fear again and can heal his team mate, or they are going to lose because Numberone is totally dry. The last 500 mana are spent on a Holyfire that doesn't deal the much needed damage. Twixz gets topped off after a disengage and manages to kill Hiren after that.

Definitely the best series in this tournament and the chances of a rematch are quite high, considering both teams are qualified for the top four. Don't go away, you'll regret it.
